To paraphrase Bob Mould… Somewhere in [Tangent] time, they add another hour. Numbers With Wings has been expanded to two hours from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm Sunday afternoons on CFRC. Tune in and let DJ Tangent take you on a musical journey through punk (or punk adjacent), power pop, post-punk, indie, most of the alt-(insert genre) genres, paisley underground, and psychodelia - both from the past and from the musicians who have been influenced by it. There might even be a seemingly random tune that does not fit in any of the above. Weekly Brand Spankers TM from Canadian artists are included free of charge, as are tales of DJ Tangent’s adventures at local musical events.
