CFRC’s Prison Radio program airs every other Wednesday from 7-8pm EST on CFRC 101.9fm in the Kingston, Ontario area and worldwide at CFRC.ca. CFRC’s signal extends to Brockville, Belleville, Smith Falls, and Watertown (NY).

For 2026, every second Wednesday will be Calls from Home. Calls from Home provides a platform for incarcerated folks and their friends and loved ones on the outside to connect. Anyone can contact us with a message or song request to air, sharing letters, emails, voice messages, and music requests for their friends or loved ones on the inside.

CFRC’s radio signal carries into the following institutions: Millhaven, Collins Bay, Joyceville, Bath, Frontenac, Pittsburgh, Quinte Detention Centre, Sundance Youth Detention Centre, and Cape Vincent Correctional Facility (Cape Vincent, New York).
